Simply upload your favourite photo on our website, crop it to the perfect frame, preview how it will look with our interactive tool, and place your order. We take care of the rest — precision-crafting and shipping it right to your door.
The illuminated panel measures 120 × 160 mm (portrait) or 160 × 120 mm (landscape). The complete frame with built-in LED housing measures 130 × 170 × 36 mm.
Every order includes the LightBox (panel + frame), and a 12V power adapter. Simply plug in and enjoy — no assembly required.
All sales are final — no returns or refunds under any circumstances. If your LightBox arrives damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a replacement only (not a refund). To claim a replacement, you must provide video proof of the package unboxing clearly showing the damage. Claims without unboxing video proof cannot be processed.
We currently accept prepaid orders only. This helps us process and ship your order faster, and ensures a smoother experience for custom orders that require photo processing.
All orders ship with free Pan-India delivery. Pre-made LightBoxes typically ship within 8–10 business days. Custom orders take 12–15 business days as each one is crafted individually.
