What's it made of?
Multicolour 3D-printed using eco-friendly PLA — a plant-based bioplastic. Each piece is built layer by layer over 10+ hours; that's how full colour emerges from a single solid panel. Inside: an LED strip running on an included 12V adapter.
How long does shipping take?
Signature designs (Ganpati, Shiva, Starry Night) ship within 5–7 days. Custom orders take 7–10 days because each piece is printed on demand. You'll get a tracking link when your order ships.
What if my lightbox arrives damaged?
Email us at support@anchorlabs.in with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace it — on us.
What makes a great photo for a custom lightbox?
Front-facing, well-lit, in focus. A single subject (one pet, one face, one painting) prints sharpest. Phone photos in good daylight are fine. Not sure if your image will work? Email support@anchorlabs.in or DM @anchorlabs.in — we'll preview it for you, free.
Is it safe to leave on overnight?
Yes. The LED inside runs cool and uses a standard 12V adapter — safer than any household lamp. Many customers leave theirs on as a nightlight.
