OVERVIEW This website is operated by AnchorLabs. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AnchorLabs. AnchorLabs offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.


 

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.


 

1. CUSTOM FABRICATION & 3D PRINTING DISCLAIMERS AnchorLabs specializes in custom 3D printed Light-Boxes. By using our 3D preview tool and placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following regarding our manufacturing process:


 

  • Color and Texture Variations: We have made every effort to display the colors and dimensions of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be strictly accurate. Because our products are physically 3D printed using polymer filaments, layer lines, minor surface textures, and slight color shifts when backlit are a natural part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect.

  • Final Approval: The 3D preview on our website is a digital simulation. The physical printed product will have distinct physical characteristics inherent to 3D printing.

2. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND UPLOADS To use our Service, you must upload personal photographs or images. By uploading any image to AnchorLabs, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own all copyrights to the image, or you have express legal permission to use and reproduce the image.

  • The image does not violate any copyright laws, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of any third party.

  • The image does not contain obscene, violent, illegal, or highly offensive content. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service and cancel any order if we determine the uploaded image violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate for our manufacturing queue.

3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.


 

5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.

7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
