AnchorLabs Return & Replacement Policy

Every Light-Box is 3D-printed, hand-assembled, and made just for you. Because each piece is custom, all sales are final — but if your order arrives damaged from shipping, we'll replace it free of cost.

Here's how it all works.

1. All sales are final

Since every Light-Box is custom-made from your photo and specifications, we can't accept returns or issue refunds for a change of mind, a dislike of the photo chosen, or any reason unrelated to shipping damage.

The only exception is the 2-hour cancellation window below.

2. Cancellations within 2 hours

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 2 hours of placing it. After that, your order enters our print queue and cancellation isn't possible — we've already started working on it.

To cancel, email support@anchorlabs.in with your Order Number.

3. Free replacement for shipping damage

If your Light-Box arrives damaged in transit, we'll replace it free of cost. To qualify, please:

  • Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the damage
  • Email the video, photos, and your Order Number to support@anchorlabs.in

Once approved, we'll fabricate and ship your replacement at no extra cost.

4. What isn't covered

Replacements apply to shipping damage only. We can't replace or refund Light-Boxes damaged after delivery, including:

  • Damage from opening or tampering with the Light-Box itself — please don't try to open the unit, access the LEDs, or modify any part of it. The Light-Box is a sealed, hand-assembled piece and opening it will damage the print and electronics.
  • Drops, impacts, or mishandling
  • Damage from direct sunlight or heat (PLA warps above 55°C)
  • Damage from water, chemicals, or cleaning sprays
  • Use of an incompatible power adapter
  • Normal wear over time

5. Slight variations are normal

Every Light-Box is a physical, handcrafted object, so the final piece may look slightly different from the digital preview. Small differences in colour, brightness, or layer lines are part of the medium — not defects.

6. Care instructions

To keep your Light-Box looking great for years:

  • Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources
  • Clean gently with a dry microfibre cloth only — no water, sprays, or chemicals
  • Use only the supplied power adapter
  • Don't open or modify the unit
